All orders are shipped daily from Christchurch, New Zealand.

We use tracked shipping on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

Pre-order and custom order delivery timeframes are outlined at checkout or confirmed during the ordering process.
